Our Premium Service goes well beyond cleaning the filters. We service the coils, the part of the system that does the heating and cooling.
The filters are the first line of defence, and owners should clean them at least every three months. The coils sit behind them. When they become blocked with dust and dirt, the heat pump uses more power, works harder and has a shorter lifespan.
A trained service technician will thoroughly clean the coils and other components, check that your heat pump is performing at its best, and identify any faults or maintenance required, such as damaged pipe lagging.
Regular servicing keeps your system efficient, helps prevent unexpected breakdowns, and supports your manufacturer's warranty.
We service all makes and models, including units we didn't install.
This service is for heat pumps previously serviced by Heat Geek within the last two years, or units less than two years old. If your unit hasn't been serviced in the last two years, our Deep Clean is the right starting point.

Anti-Bacterial Service $199
Our Anti-Bacterial Service is a specialist clean for heat pumps affected by mould or bacterial growth. This usually builds up on the back of the coils and on the fan drum, where it often goes unseen.
A common sign is a musty or unpleasant smell when the unit runs. You can also check by looking through the vent at the fan drum, where visible build-up usually means treatment is needed. Left untreated, this growth can affect your indoor air quality and reduce the efficiency of the unit.
A trained Heat Geek technician will thoroughly clean and treat the affected components, including the coils and fan drum. The service also covers the outdoor unit, where blocked drains and dirt on the fan blades are common.
