Our Premium Heat Pump Service goes far beyond just cleaning the filters, we get to the heart of the system - the Coils. This is what sits behind the filters, the filters are the first line of defense and should be cleaned by the owner every 3 months min. The Coils is what is actually doing all the work - Heating and Coiling - if these are blocked with dirt and dust etc the Heat Pump will use more power and work harder, shortening the life span of the unit.
A trained Service Technician will ensure your Heat Pump is running at its optimal performance by thoroughly cleaning the coils and other components while also identifying any faults or maintenance that is required ie Pipe lagging etc

Heat Pump Deep Clean Service $189
A trained Heat Geek Heat Pump Service Technician will undertake a thorough service, flushing coils and fan drum, washing away any build up that typical cleaning just can't reach,
It also includes the outside system, blocked drain and dirt build-up on the fan blades is common.
We will also identify any technical issues or maintenance required ie pipe lagging

Anti-Bacterial Service $199
Anti-Bacterial Heat Pump service is a specialty service designed for Heatpumps with Mould or Bacterial growth. This is usually found on the backside of the coils and/or on the fan drum and is often unseen.
A good indication you need this service is by looking at the fan drum through the vent and see if there is build-up on the fan drum and usually accompanied with an odor or funky smell. It also includes the outside system, blocked drain and dirt build-up on the fan blades is common. We will also identify any technical issues or maintenance required ie pipe lagging
This service takes on average about 1.5hsr to complete.
